This is not your typical dorm-style share house. This house is owner-run and owner-maintained. Great weekends are always expected; civilized partying is recommended and common. This house will not be overcrowded; shares are not oversold as we strive for 7 - 9 people per weekend in the 5 bedrooms of the house. There is plenty of space to cohabitate.
A weekly maid service fee is included in the food and beverage/booze cost.
This usually ranges from $35 - $45 per weekend.
What We Seek:
- We are looking for mature but fun people, age range 30 - 40.
- Half- and full-shares ONLY.
- Season starts the weekend before Memorial Day (May 21-23).
- Season ends the weekend after Labor Day (Sept. 10-12).
- Guests are welcome (several days of advanced notice is required).
- There is a reasonable guest fee.
